The New Start

Well it could not come a worse time but then again it can as they say only get better!

Having been living on a beautiful farm in Sussex for 9 year where we have set up and developed a substantial alpaca based business we are now going to have to move on to greener pastures.

The farm where we have been is a 287 acre grassland farm on which we have been running on occasions over 1000 alpacas, but now the winds of change blow through as summer leads to autumn and the recession get ever deeper due to the incompetent running of the country.

I am now in the process of looking for a new home for my family and business, hopefully this will be somewhere close to where we have been living as my children are at school around here and have many really good friends that they will be sad to say goodbye to if we move.

We have today started the depressing task of showing agents and estate staff around house and I would imagine that we will have to start showing potential new occupents round soon.

  1. Hi Philip,

just found your blog. It seems a little out of date and short on blog posts. I was looking forward to reading some jolly good Atamaca Alpacas banter. Come along, more blog posting required ;o))
